Eric Boose: Puyallup, WA  (13-2-1) (8 K0) 241 lbs vs. Louis Monaco: Denver , CO (16-36-1)(12KO) 219 lbs….

Eric Boose defeated Louis Monaco by TKO in :02 seconds of the 5th round.  Boose landed a devastating right hook under Monaco’s chin toward the end of the 4th round.  Monaco was saved by the bell, pulled himself up from the canvas and stumbled back to his corner as the round came to an end. When the bell tolled to begin the 5th round, Monaco looked lost and confused, the physician at ring side asked to examine Monaco, and determined he was unable to continue the fight.  The fight was declared a TKO in Boose’s favor.

Middleweight, Scheduled 6 Rounds

Ben Aragon: Billings, MT ( 7-8-1 ) (5 KO) 153 lbs vs. Jacob Ruffin: Post Falls , ID ( 1-9-2 ) 151 lbs

Ben Aragon defeated Jacob Ruffin in a 6 round unanimous decision.  Ruffin showed tremendous heart and won the 5th round, but it was too little too late as Aragon owned the rest of the fight.  The judges scored the bout 59-55, 60-54, 59-55 in favor of Aragon.

Light Heavyweight, Scheduled 4 Rounds

Luis Lopez: Othello, WA  (14-12-1) (6 K0) 171 lbs vs. Lyle Johnson: Clarkston, WA (3-2)(1KO) 222 lbs….

Luis Lopez defeated Lyle Johnson by KO in 1:35 of the second round. Lopez was baffled, beaten and cornered.  Johnson had the crowd on it’s feet screaming with excitement…”finish him off”.  Just as Johnson raised his powerful hand to deliver the final blow, the unthinkable happened.   Lopez leapt from the ropes and delivered an improbable uppercut that stopped Johnson cold.  A shocked crowd went momentarily silent, and then screamed with joy. Lopez played possum, and the crowd loved him for it. He was voted favorite fighter of the night.

Heavyweight, Scheduled 4 Rounds

Leo Bercier: Great Falls, MT ( 4-5-1 ) (3 KO) 220 lbs) vs. Villi Bloomfield: Everett, WA (7-3-1) (4 KO) 228 lbs

Leo Bercier and  Villi Bloomfield fought to a 4 round majority draw . Bloomfield can hit like a mule, but Bercier had great chin, and managed to stay active and appeared un-phased by the massive punishment Bloomfield dealt out.  The judges scored the bout 39-37(Bloomfield), 38-38, 38-38 a majority draw.

Super Middleweight, Scheduled 4 Rounds

Mathew Palmer: Butte, MT (1-1) 162 lbs vs. Cory McFarland: Kalispell, MT (0-1) 164 lbs….

Mathew Palmer defeated Cory McFarland in a 4 round unanimous decision.  Palmer controlled the entire fight.  The judges scored the fight 39-35,39-35,39-35 in favor of Palmer.
